Drunken Berries, Cooking Class

After a little break I re-joined the Drunken Berries and Chef Colin Smith for another of their informal, entertaining, informative and delicious cooking lessons. This time we had:

• Arugula salad with brie and almonds
• Scallops with a balsamic vinegar and Port sauce
• Saltimboca
• Pasta Bake
