Charlie Palmer Steak, RenoI can’t believe that it’s time for a new issue of Edible Reno-Tahoe again! This shoot was a challenge to light, but a lot of fun, and Executive Chef Dave Holman was super-easy to work with and a master in the kitchen… and what a kitchen they have back there at Charlie Palmers! If you’ve not eaten at Charlie Palmer’s Steak at the Grand Sierra Resort and you like then I’d highly recommend it, the food is stunning! As usual you can find the tear sheets below, followed by my favorite shots (not all of them make the magazine).
